Direct flights are now available on Southwest from BWI, Houston, Nashville, and Orlando and direct flights from Atlanta and Memphis on Delta.The closest airport is Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS) at Fort Walton Beach. Direct flights are available on American from Dallas, on Continental from Houston, on Delta from Atlanta, and from Charlotte on US Airways.
